There’s a new game in the Drawn to Life series out today, released by 505 Games and Digital Continue as Drawn to Life: Two Realms for iOS and Android devices, as well as Nintendo Switch and Steam.

It’s set several years after the previous Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter which was a game on the Nintendo DS back in 2009. You reconnect with all the same characters; Mari, Jowee and others from the series as you hop between worlds and uncover the mystery of the Shadow.

The last Drawn to Life game was released in 2014 for iOS, which itself was a port of the original on the Nintendo DS. The primary goal of the series is the ability to create your own playable characters, level objects, and accessories by drawing them using the touchscreen. This was achieved using the DS stylus on the original games and is now done using your finger on the mobile port.

This installment of the action adventure series features dozens of unique toys, with over a hundred Imagination Battles and 70 Hymans and Raposa to chat with, so safe to say it’s a pretty chunky game to stick on your phone. There’s also a huge amount of options for customisation, with millions of colours and many stickers to unlock. There’s also a new mechanic, called The Book of Imagination where you place toys around each level to help characters journey through them.
Candy Crush Saga is an android casual puzzle category game loved by millions of gamers globally. It was released on 15 Nov 2012, by the King Digital Entertainment game developer company. There are still a lot of next versions for Candy Crush Saga such as Candy Crush Freinds, Candy Crush Jelly, and Candy Crush Soda Saga, but the fame that saga earned is exceptional. After five years of releasing the game, King’s Candy Crush Saga earned over 2.7 Billion downloads and was awarded as the most played game on android at that time. Even it’s still ranking as #2 top-grossing games and #1 in offline casual games on the Google Play Store.

Way back in 2011, mobile games publisher Nekki released the very first Shadow Fight. Fast-forward seven years and it’s become one of the most popular series of fighting games on the mobile, competing against genre veterans such as Mortal Kombat and WWE. Unleashed last year, Shadow Fight 3 dispenses with the silhouetted figures the franchise is known for, but keeps the side-scrolling fisticuffs it does so well.

The latest update, Chapter 4, is an expansion of the Shadow Fight story, promising plenty of extra content to play with. If you finished Chapter 3, you’ll have had to make a difficult decision – which of the three factions will decide the fate of the powerful Shadow Sphere? The next instalment reveals the consequences of your actions, whilst spoiling you with a ton of new equipment, quests and locations.

Your arsenal is bigger and better than ever – 72 new weapons and items of armour are up for grabs, so you can upgrade and customise your warrior ‘til your heart’s content. Plus, ranged weapons are back, meaning you can keep your distance from the toughest brawlers and still do damage.

As well as the new metalwork, there are fresh quests to get your katana stuck into. Fight through 17 main quests, and over 30 side-quests, improving your combat skills so you’re ready for Chapter 5. There are also in-game events planned ahead of the next update, so quick finishers will still be tapping furiously instead of twiddling thumbs long into the year.

To join the fray, download Shadow Fight 3 for free from Google Play and the App Store.

Ahh the day finally arrived where we received some long-awaited Animal Crossing news, but it's not completely what we'd thought it would be.

 &#;
War Tortoise 2 first popped up on our radar back in January when it was announced it would be arriving in early 2020. It turns out, that meant today and it's now available for both iOS and Android as a free-to-play game.

As the name would imply, War Tortoise 2 is a sequel to its predecessor which launched back in 2016. Harry reviewed it at the time where he found it to be a reasonable idle shooter, particularly for those who have any interest in the genre.

David Braben's huge space adventure Elite: Dangerous doesn't come out until December 16th on PC, but it's got a companion app on iOS already.

It's about on par with most companion apps if the description is anything to go by.

"Access Starport Services, track your Pilot status and keep up to date with the latest Galnet news," it reads.

To translate, accessing Starport Services means you can buy and sell items at the traders, as well as change modules on your spaceship.

Galnet is simply the community-focused part of Elite: Dangerous where the latest news about the game is released.

You can download the Elite: Dangerous companion app for free on the App Store.

Let's hope that this isn't the be-all and end-all of Elite: Dangerous's visit to mobile gaming, as Braben once mentioned bringing a version of the game to mobile.
To dwell with him in thoughts, or to remain
